北京的出租现在是禁烟

Smoking is prohibited in Beijing’s Taxi now.

河村代表有期会去北京看看抽烟情况

Mr. Kawamura,rep,had a chance to see Beijing’s smoking environments.

	现在，北京的出租里有标志`禁烟`。好像租收率是相当。市内没有烟草的残香。 这个，司机是抽烟者。 Now, inside taxies in Beijing, No smoking signs are posted, I couldn’t recognize the residual fragrance of smoking, so I felt that observance rate is not low, Let me say that the driver were smoker.
	别的出租也是一样，方向盘上有禁烟的标志。 Other taxies are the same., there was non-smoking sign on the steering.
	这个，餐厅里头有设置了无烟区。 This restaurant set up non-smoking room at the interior.

感觉北京向着奥运踏实的变化之中。报道说的那样，我同意北京的抽烟率逐渐减少。

抽烟大国，中国呢，限制北京市内的话，对日本相比，是一样，还是，好一些。关于奥运的饭店，出现了全面禁烟的。

跟中国的经济发展同步地，抽烟情况也变化起来。

最重要的事，中国的控烟是强制力。跟日本不一样。中国对这个问题将来超越日本的可能性。

I felt that Beijing is definitely changing, toward Olympic. As informed by news, I agree that smoking rate became lower in Beijing city,

China, ’smoking power’ is ,limiting to Beijing central city, compared to Japan, the same or a little bit better. As of Hotel, total ban on smoking appeared,

As China’s economy develops, smoking environment is changing.

The point is , China‘s restriction is compulsory, this is totally different from Japan. China might get past Japan in this issue.
